The new rollermills room at Molino Martinetto in San Francesco al Campo (Turin, Italy) has been successfully commissioned.
The plant for the production of special flours for bread and breadsticks, already equipped with Golfetto Sangati technology, has been modernized with the installation of 6 new rollermills (rolls length 1000mm, 300mm diameter). In just one week, Golfetto Sangati technicians started-up and tested the plant, which now produces 100 ton/24h.
Molino Martinetto, with a history dating back to 1500, has been in the hands of the Martinetto family since 1897. It is the state-of-the-art mill, supplied by Golfetto Sangati, which has replaced the ancient millstone, but mantaining the high-quality standards, an essential priority that the family offers in an increasingly large and competitive market.
